The waffle co was engaged in developing C-Level resources to educate in the benefits of adopting PowerBI as their Business Intelligence and Analytical Reporting tool and utilising Enterprise DNA as their education platform.

Highlighting key deployment challenges, technical considerations, decision making roles, resourcing requirements, implementation structures, licensing considerations, strategic pillars, governance requirements, common pitfalls and success measurement.
Establishing the benefits of establishing a Center of Excellence / Analytics Practice.
