AFTER: Custom PowerBI backgrounds, layouts, themes developed and tested across all visuals, tables and matrix in line with corporate visual standards.
AFTER: Data model enhancement and report redevelopment. Additional management reports were developed to create an inventory of the currently developed reports for each of their 300 customers.
AFTER: Custom-developed PowerBI training syllabus focused on specific scenarios, roadblocks and techniques to aid Solv's analyst to develop high-quality reports for their customers. This resulted in increased confidence and skills.
