The waffle co provided Business Analytics for an Education System for 40,000 students across 168 schools. This involved:

  • Conducting an information audit to identify all relevant data sources in child education for 5 - 18-year-olds

  • Integration of National Assessments (e.g. NAPLAN) and School-Based Assessment from multiple systems to develop a holistic view of students performance

  • Analyse factors such as attendance and student wellbeing to provide insights into student development.

  • Create easy to use dashboards that save Teachers and School Principals hours each month in pulling together information from disparate systems.

  • Dynamic reporting to change viewpoints of analysis, including Teachers, Class, Disciplines, Subjects and Year Levels

  • We rolled out the solution, training and documentation to 12,000 staff via MS Teams.
