Source cloud-based forms tool where data resides in Australia that allowed integration with SharePoint.
Mapped business processes and data flows to determine how to digitise forms, and improve the double handling of information.
Develop an information triage and submission platform allowing the relevant staff to collaborate on the case.
Reviewed specifications and developed integration requirements for line of the business system.
